Home Row - Core Keys
Get familiar with the base position of your hands. Rest your left fingers on A, S, D, F and your right fingers on J, K, L, ;.
Home Row - Index Extensions (G, H)
Extend your index fingers to reach G (left) and H (right) from the home positions.
Top Row - Left Hand (Q, W, E, R, T)
Move your left fingers up to reach Q, W, E, R, T. Always return to the home row after typing a key.
Top Row - Right Hand (Y, U, I, O, P)
Move your right fingers up to reach Y, U, I, O, P from their home row anchors.
Bottom Row - Basic Keys (Z, X, C, V, B, N, M, ,, ., /)
Reach down to access the bottom row. Be careful to move only the target finger, keeping other fingers anchored.
